This pull request contains various changes as follows:

  • Add CSS @print rules.
  • Change Font family to variables (e.g. --rmfamily, --sffamily) for easier typeface changes.
  • Change Font Size to 10pt with --fontScaling.
  • Add CSS kerning and hyphenation.
  • Add paragraph indentation for second paragraph and subsequent paragraphs in a section.
  • Break layout to mobile view at 640px.
