This PR updates the authn MFE frontend to fully support enterprise-specific branding and routing, wiring the new enterprise data from the /api/mfe_context response into Redux and the logistration layouts, and ensuring the enterprise-branded hero, logo, and welcome copy render consistently across large, medium, and small breakpoints.
