feat(releases): checkpoint 5 — dogfood and finalize conformance

Outcome

Dogfood and finalize issue #29 without merging until the complete checkpointed capability is ready for maintainer review.

Scope

• Enable the accepted repository-release profile for EgoLint itself.
• Reconcile any truthful advisory, unavailable, external, or invalid self-findings.
• Finalize user and operator documentation, schemas, examples, roadmap, and continuity evidence.
• Run the complete local and GitHub validation matrix.
• Review the cumulative PR for scope, compatibility, packaging, privacy, and publication-claim safety.

Acceptance

• EgoLint dogfoods the completed profile with stable evidence.
• All issue feat(releases): validate semantic release, changelog, and version-source conformance #29 acceptance criteria and checkpoint issues are complete.
• Package contents include every runtime contract and fixture required by the native capability.
• CI and dogfood pass on the final PR head.
• PR feat(releases): ✨ validate repository release conformance #64 is moved from draft only after final maintainer-ready review; it is never self-merged.
