After we restored some slots on eicweb, processes/job were reduced from 5 to 2. Running a pipeline with SNAKEMAKE_FLAGS="" (i.e. without
--cache) https://eicweb.phy.anl.gov/EIC/benchmarks/detector_benchmarks/-/pipelines/124056 revealed some of the timeouts. These are addressed here, mostly by adding additional jobs.
