新增 --no-check-certificate/-k | 绕过备用镜像的证书错误
新增自动重试和源切换替换为 GitHub 官方源 GitHub 连接失败时自动切换国内镜像
--connect-timeout 10 --max-time 300 | 防止网络卡死
锁定稳定版本SINGBOX_VERSION="1.10.0"，避免自动更新导致不兼容
