A tool that counts the number of RBC, WBC and platelets in low quality smudged microscopic images which can be used for diagnosis of anemia and leukopenia. Built using Image Processing techniques such as hough transform, erosion, dilation and blob detection techniques.
This can be used to make the diagnosis of anemia and leukopenia cheaper and faster with minimal need for a pathologist to do the tests.
