Create issue

[jcabrerizo]

adds a new command create-ussue expecting a yaml file as input:

$ aws-sleek-transformer create-issue example.yaml 
File to process: example.yaml 
Schema validation correct
Issue created: https://github.com/cloudsoft-fusion/aws-k8s-addons/issues/13

TODO

• keep repo and repo owner as configuration
• integrate invoke the validator before creating the issue using the values extracted from the input file
• fix issue package and retrieving the schema as part of the build
