I think its best to have the restored migration-guide act more as a landing page with links to:
8->9: link to release-notes
7-8: link to the old documentation: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/client/net-api/8.18/migration-guide.html
The new documentation is 9.0+
