chore: bump synchronized packages to 1.0.1

Summary

This synchronizes smocket, smocket-client, and the client's exact smocket peer at 1.0.1. Regenerating the pnpm lockfile left it byte-identical because the workspace lock metadata does not store either local package version or the client's peer declaration.

The runtime sources, public types, declared Node.js range, and delivery behavior are unchanged. An immutable local candidate at 1.0.1 passed the package policy, declaration checks with both supported TypeScript versions, tarball linting, and clean consumer installation. Publication, the version tag, the GitHub Release, and the supported published-consumer pin remain separate steps after registry certification.
