After using Devtron a bit on Electron Fiddle, I noticed that the pre-SW warn logging was a bit spammy (60+ log lines for Fiddle's startup code).
This PR changes the default log level to
warninstead ofdebug(technically a breaking API change but realistically a fix to make logs less noisy) and tologger.warnthe user about untracked events in a single message once the SW has been started.
