I was recently setting up release-plan for a svelte add-on and noticed a bit of ambiguity in the readme - this was most likely because of my lack of experience in deploying packages. But I found the section regarding the
GITHUB_AUTHtoken a bit confusing - I wasn't sure it this was supposed to be a github secret or not.This PR updates the wording of the readme to hopefully make it clearer what is required here
