Because the nightly stdsimd feature was removed, a bunch of stuff broke. Fix the nightly version for now, so that it works again.

Updates all dependencies to latest version.
I also had to pin to a specific nightly version, as due to rust-lang/stdarch#1486 several crates in the ecosystem that automatically enable the
stdsimdwhen a nightly compiler is detected are currently broken.
