Documents the new automatic inverter clock correction added in esphome/esphome#17358.
Adds the
time_idandclock_correction_thresholdconfiguration variables to the pipsolar component page, plus an "Automatic clock correction" section explaining the behavior and the requirement that the time source has the correct time zone configured (the inverter is kept on local civil time, so it is adjusted once at each DST transition).Companion to esphome/esphome#17358.
