We now pass the full BlockNumberOrHash through to eth_getBlockReceipts, so callers that set requireCanonical actually get the canonical check they asked for. I also added a tiny in-proc regression test that proves the flag survives the roundtrip—without the fix it fails, with the fix it passes.
