close #79

* Adds rule #00277 "Invoke method dynamically via reflection",
generated from analysis of Cerberus samples. The rule pairs
  Object.getClass() with Method.invoke() — the canonical reflective
invocation pattern. After score-adjustment training this rule
scored 2.16; it fires on roughly 1.8× as many malware samples
(31.1%) as benign samples (17.4%) in the corpus, and lands on
all 10 Cerberus samples evaluated here. Note: this rule is added
to the rule pool but is intentionally NOT featured as evidence
in the corresponding Cerberus malware report — the report uses
  existing higher-discrimination rules (accessibility, icon-hide,
  Base64-decode-and-write) to walk through Cerberus's MITRE-mapped
behaviors. Pair (Object.getClass + Method.invoke) is too generic
to anchor a specific MITRE technique on its own.
* Re-tunes the existing rules' scores from the score-adjustment
training pass run with the Cerberus sample set added to the corpus.

Retrain the existing 277-rule pool against the corpus after adding 15
AhRat samples for the analysis report in quark-engine PR #934. No new
rule is added — AhRat's distinctive bytecode patterns (SMS and
call-log reads via ContentResolver, last-known-location lookups) are
already covered by the existing pool.

This matches the sync convention of the earlier malware-detection PRs
(#82 NGate, #80 Cerberus, #76 TangleBot, #74 Godfather).
