Inject issue title

Currently on selecting a matching issue, we inject #4455 but I'd prefer #4455 - issue title goes here.

@dergachev This one can be closed as this will require changing how Redmine references the issues and will require some text processing. The issue title and status of issue is already available as title attribute which is visible when hovering over the issue link.
