This PR closes #517 (footer navigation links) but the diff includes components/landing/StatBar.tsx and hooks/useCountUp.ts — files from the animated stat counters work (issue #508, PR #624). Please remove those files from this PR so each PR covers exactly one issue. Only app/layout.tsx and components/layout/Footer.tsx should be in this diff.
