v0.1.0 — first public binary

First public release of NexusDecode.

Binary: Linux x86-64 ELF, statically built.
Includes nexusdecode-bench CLI, libnexusdecode.a static library, public header decode.h, the bench source for self-build, and two real H.264 sample streams.

Quick start

tar xzf nexusdecode-linux-x64.tar.gz
cd nexusdecode
./nexusdecode-bench samples/motion_event.h264 3

Reference output (Intel i5-11500, 1 thread): 134.6 fps · 7.43 ms/frame on 4 MB / 102-frame H.264 stream at 2880×1616.
