- Updated submodule references for docs-mcp-server, firecrawl, librechat, mcp-youtube-transcript, n8n, rag_api, searxng, yt-dlp, and ytptube to their latest commits, ensuring all dependencies are current and improving overall project stability.

Update MCP SDK, TypeScript 6, mongoose, cheerio, axios, dotenv, pino, biome, fastmcp, vitest, jest and other dependencies. Fix TypeScript 6 compatibility issues in mcp-calculator, mcp-image-gen, and db-timetable-mcp (type literals, logger types, tsconfig).
Remove n8n submodule, services, volumes, env vars, docs, and all references across docker-compose files, env examples, setup scripts, cursor rules, librechat config, and documentation.
