Alrighty, apologies for a bunch of config touch up in here (just a bunch of finetuning things to get this all working). This PR closes https://github.com/fastapilabs/cloud/issues/2453.
What this does:
Note that this uses mock data. The next step will be to remove the mock data file and build the discovery service with tree-sitter.
