refactor(types): migrate from tsd to tstyche

Proposals:

• migrate from tsd to tstyche

• GlideClient.createClient with invalid options does not properly reject on macOS, causing fastify to hit the plugin timeout instead of catching the error. ( continuous integration )

  • Add port: 9999 to the invalid host address in the connection test
  • Add pluginTimeout: 20000 to stabilize tests that involve connection errors
  • Skip both "should throw" tests on darwin platform as a temporary workaround due to GlideClient.createClient not properly rejecting on macOS with invalid options ( continuous integration )
