Updates Guppy’s Go module dependencies to track newer ucantone and corresponding libforge revisions, aligning the repo with the latest transport API changes for standalone builds.

Changes:

• Bump github.com/fil-forge/ucantone to v0.0.0-20260924160040-c31dec73d9b3.
• Bump github.com/fil-forge/libforge to v0.0.0-20260924165456-6d072ddc75f7.
• Add the corresponding new go.sum entries for those pseudo-versions.

go.mod	Updates direct dependency pseudo-versions for libforge and ucantone.
go.sum	Records checksums for the new pseudo-versions (and currently still includes the prior versions’ sums).
