Fil One moves to $5.99/TB/month with a $5.99 monthly minimum for new customers (FIL-1264). PRICE_PER_TB drives most of the site, so the constant change covers the pricing page, FAQ, calculator, prerendered meta and JSON-LD. The rest of the diff is hardcoded landing-page figures and the claims derived from them. Merge when the new Stripe price goes live.

Changes:

  • PRICE_PER_TB is 5.99
  • Landing-page tables, footnotes and arithmetic comments use exact cents: $5.99 (1 TB), $29.95 (5 TB), $59.90 (10 TB), $299.50 (50 TB), $599 (100 TB), $2,995 (500 TB), $5,990 (1 PB).
  • Recomputed claims: 20× → 19× vs AWS (Barcelona EN/ES), up to 22× → up to 19× (Pricing), 62× → 51× vs EFS, 3× → 2.5× vs R2, saving over $1,090/month (about $13,100/year), 98% and 95% reductions, ~$0.006/GB, archive savings up to 74%
  • The 100 GB agent-workload FAQ now says the $5.99 minimum applies (it quoted $0.50, below the old minimum)
  • llms.txt and llms-full.txt quote the new rate and the minimum
  • The pricing teaser shows the whole-bill saving against AWS S3 for a workload that reads as much as it stores (95%, the same basis as the Pricing banner's 19×); it computed a storage-rate markup (361% on production)
  • The egress page's meta description no longer quotes a Wasabi egress fee (Wasabi charges none)
  • Comparison tables use the current Wasabi ($7.99/TB) and Backblaze B2 ($6.95/TB) list rates, matching the calculator

Found but not changed here: the unused SavingsSection.tsx hardcodes $6.99.

PRICE_PER_TB moves to 5.99, which updates every page that reads the
constant, the prerendered meta and JSON-LD, and the cost calculator.
Hardcoded Fil One figures on the landing pages now use exact cents
($59.90 for 10 TB, $599 for 100 TB, and so on), which keeps Fil One
visibly below the $6/TB Backblaze rows. Comparison claims are recomputed
from each page's own competitor figures, and the 100 GB agent example
now states that the $5.99 monthly minimum applies.

The landing-page comparison tables quoted Wasabi at $6.99/TB and B2 at
$6/TB. The calculator and /lp/price already use the current $7.99 and
$6.95. Tables, footnotes and arithmetic comments now match, in exact
cents like the Fil One cells ($79.90 and $69.50 at 10 TB, $799 and $695
at 100 TB).

The pricing teaser computed "X% cheaper than AWS S3" as a markup
(AWS / Fil One − 1), which read 284% at $5.99. It now shows the
reduction (1 − Fil One / AWS), 74%. The egress page's meta description
quoted a Wasabi egress fee; Wasabi charges no egress or API fees, so the
comparison now names AWS only.

The teaser compared storage rates only (74%), while the Pricing page
banner (19×) and the pricing meta (about 95% less) compare the whole bill
for a workload that reads as much as it stores. The teaser now uses the
same basis, 1 − 5.99 / (23 + 90) = 95%, derived from the shared
competitor table, and says what it compares.
