What changed in this PR
Updates STACKIT CI testing to use the region matching the configured availability zone, rather than defaulting to eu01.
Changes:
- Derives the region from the architecture-specific availability zone.
- Passes the region to both image creation and Kola test execution.

OEM STACKIT: specify region for image upload
Images currently always get uploaded to region
eu01, tests with an availability zone ineu02will fail.This PR allows running tests in all regions.

Run tests in Jenkins CI.
