I have read and understood the specifications in ./specs.
This pull request introduces a new specs/README.md file to serve as an entry point for technical specifications. The new documentation is clear and sets good standards for documentation and code reviews.
My main feedback is to enhance this new README.md by adding an index of all specification files within the specs/ directory. This would improve discoverability and make the file more useful as a central hub for specifications. I've included a code suggestion for this.
Also, as a reminder, the repository style guide encourages filling out the pull request description template, which would be helpful for reviewers.
