We will implement macOS and Windows testing in other PRs. This way at least Linux testing is done.

Currently this defaults to gfortran-7.4. In the future it might be necessary to check against other versions (both newer and older) too.
But for now I thinks it's good to go. 👍

Thanks @ivan-pi and @milancurcic. Yes, we'll have to test a lot more compilers and versions and platforms than this. But it's a start. |
