Add post about deploying rails 8 to digital ocean using kamal

Trying to write/publish this post highlighted a few problems that we needed to fix first:

• Fix various broken links (7b159cb, 58cb81c, d067bfb, 742dfd6) that were preventing the rake spec:regression:artefacts task from completing successfully.
• Use GitHub Flavoured Markdown parser for kramdown
• Use rouge Gem for syntax highlighting in kramdown
• Disable hard_wrap in kramdown-parser-gfm #518
• Explicitly enable ERB in snips #516

I wonder whether it wouldn't have been easier to just write the post in HTML in the first place!
