Fixed the commands "sendfrom?" not working if no fall-back fee is configured. Modified the parameters of the commands "address?". Implemented the new commands "wallet?".
Deleted the [obsolete] output samples for "make getinfo". Brought in the "make" commands for wallet creation. Slightly edited the block generation guidelines.

Fixed and updated the bitcoin-testnet-box parts based on my experience while using the tool in my university work.
Did not upgrade the Bitcoin Core dependency.
