I added new keyboard layout as named above. This is the phonetic keyboard that is widely used in pakistan for Urdu writing. Currently available phonetic keyboard is mostly for Arabic, not Urdu and is not usable for Urdu writing. I found compelling reasons to create this layout to use for many my friends who write in Urdu but were unable to find true phonetic keyboard which they are used to of.
