We have some of the infrastructure in place for automatically running the notebooks and rendering them out to a jupyter book. Because they've sat for a while, there are a few issues that need to be dealt with in the notebooks themselves. Once that's done, we may need to choose a different method for rendering the notebooks so they can be integrated into MkDocs.
