Thanks for this plugin, I'm finding it nice!
I notice for sessions that I never gave an explicit user title to, they fall back to showing project name in Claude Sessions browsing, which can mean that there are several sessions that are practically indistinguishable.
I haven't looked into implementation yet, but that seems to suggest the plugin is only looking at custom-title records. A session where the user never sets one will have zero of them (checked on one of my own).
So my feature request / suggestion would be that if there is no custom-title, fall back to ai-title as being far more useful for distinguishing sessions than project name alone.
I can take a look into implementing this, wanted to start discussion in case you have any input or preferences.
