The React / Capacitor shell lives under apps/web/; shared TypeScript is in packages/ (@asmusic/core, @asmusic/ui, @asmusic/platform-web, @asmusic/platform-capacitor, @asmusic/shell). Native shells remain at the repo root: ios/, android/, desktop/.
