Updates the
prepare-releaseworkflow to match the new PR-based flow inprepare-release-action@v1. Removes the inlinerelease-please-actionstep (now handled byrelease.ymlon push to master) and adds theGH_TOKENenv var needed forgh pr create.Closes #48
