Two requests for improvements on validation came up during the workshop

A request was made to use geonetwork as a validation service, for records that are not stored in the catalogue. Users should be able to use an api to upload a csw-record and get a validation report back.

Another request deals with integrating an external validation service. Mostly the Inspire validation service. A button should enable an upload of the metadata to the external service and the report should be displayed. Even the validation status could be stored with the record.
