…favicon-gen/main.go: a tool to generate PNG and ICO favicons from SVG sources. Add github.com/srwiley/oksvg and github.com/srwiley/rasterx dependencies for SVG processing. Update Makefile with build-favicon-gen target and include it in the main build process.
