What was wrong

The navigation rail's More (…) menu was positioned level with the Home button (#5279), so it opened at the top of the rail, away from the button that was clicked. With several rail items it looked detached from its trigger.

What changed

apps/app/src/components/sidebar/AppNavRail.tsx: the More menu is anchored to the More button again, so it opens beside it. The measured offset to the Home button and the sticky setting that held it at the top are removed. The horizontal offset is unchanged, so the menu still sits at the rail's right edge.

Not changed: the Customize rail popover still opens at the top of the rail (#5162), because the More button moves each time an item is shown or hidden.

No wire, CLI, SDK, or doc changes.

How you verified

  • AppNavRail.test.tsx: the More menu position test now expects the menu at the More button's top edge (translate(52px, 200px)) instead of the Home button's (40px). pnpm exec turbo run test --filter=@bb/app -- src/components/sidebar/AppNavRail.test.tsx passes (19 tests).
  • pnpm exec turbo run typecheck lint --filter=@bb/app passes.
  • Not checked in a running app.

The More menu was positioned level with the Home button, so it opened
detached from the button that was clicked. Anchor it to the More button
again. The Customize rail popover still opens at the top of the rail.
