Plugin
Browser Gestures adds two-finger trackpad back/forward navigation to the BB desktop browser. A dark arrow slides in from the page edge as the user swipes; navigation commits when the fingers lift (or on post-lift momentum), and pulling back cancels. Vertical scrolling, modified wheels, and horizontal scrollers that can still move in the swipe direction keep their normal behavior. It adds no toolbar button or settings.

Verification

Uses the experimental browser toolbar slot only to obtain
experimental_page, and renders nothing in the toolbar. Throughpage.evaluate(isolated world) it installs a wheel listener and a fixed-position arrow element in the top-level document, refreshed every 250 ms with a 2.5 s lease so it cleans up when the plugin stops. It reads only wheel deltas, history availability (navigation.canGoBack/canGoForward) and scroll extents; it reads no page content and makes no network requests. No external services, credentials or model calls. Desktop BB only; cross-origin iframes do not receive the gesture. Pages cannot observe finger lift, so a completely still hold at full extent commits after about 0.6 s; this is documented in the overview.Assets
swipe-ready.jpg: the arrow fully out, ready to go back on lift.swipe-in-progress.jpg: the arrow mid-swipe.Both are 2880×1800 captures of the plugin's real page script rendering on a public Wikipedia article, driven by synthetic wheel events in headless Chromium; they show the in-page arrow, not the surrounding BB window. No private data.
