Bump chat and the Slack/state adapters to 4.28.1 across the runtime and eval packages. Align the JuniorChat processMessage override with the SDK's Promise-returning contract while keeping the Slack thread normalization shim scoped to the message factory path. Bump Chat SDK and the Slack/state adapters from 4.27.0 to 4.28.1 in the Junior runtime and eval package. The update keeps the lockfile focused and adjusts Slack ingress for the SDK's Promise-returning processMessage contract.
Ingress Compatibility
JuniorChat now returns the SDK processMessage promise. The resolved-message path delegates directly, while the message-factory path keeps the eager resolution needed for Slack thread ID normalization.
