Intended fast-xml-builder security bump not applied

This PR is titled "Bump fast-xml-builder from 1.1.5 to 1.2.0" but the lockfile still resolves fast-xml-builder@1.1.5 everywhere (both in the packages and snapshots sections). The diff only contains unrelated transitive dependency changes (terser, webpack, enhanced-resolve, etc.) while the actual target package is never updated. The changelog lists security fixes in versions 1.1.6 and 1.1.7 (attribute quote injection and comment-related vulnerabilities) that remain unapplied. Merging this PR would give a false sense of security.
