Bug: OpenTelemetry Dependency Conflict
Updating @opentelemetry/instrumentation-ioredis to 0.51.0 introduces a dependency version conflict. This version requires @opentelemetry/instrumentation@^0.203.0, but the project's package.json specifies @opentelemetry/instrumentation@^0.57.2. This causes multiple versions of the core @opentelemetry/instrumentation library to be installed, leading to runtime conflicts and instability.
