This PR updates the springframework stubs directory name from 5.3.8 to 5.8.x. This is a follow-up to #18793 (comment), which added some Spring stubs from version 5.8.x.
Let me know if it would be better to simply remove the version from the stub directory name so that this does not need to be updated again. There are already a few stubs directories that do not specify a version in their name.
