Updated the source-verified export-coverage appendix counts (Types 24 to 25, Functions and methods 96 to 97) and appended a dated Source Synchronization entry.
repoutil, semverutil, sliceutil: Source code re-verified against the existing README.md; every exported type, function, constant, and variable is already accurately documented. No public-contract deltas found - appended a dated re-verification entry to each Source Synchronization section.
