Created a new
FilterSectioncomponent that helps render our checkbox sections, along with a Filter interface that our different options implement.I've adopted this pattern for Notification Type, Notification Subject, Notification Reason and User Type filters.
For now, I've omitted User Handles (include and exclude) from this pattern since they're a little unique
