Removed ghost borders for some block sizes

• Removed ghost border that appeared in some block sizes
• Added palette drop down selector on github page
• Added gulp for local development

Fix for bigger images

Fix pixelated image when it was too big to fi in the temporary created canvas, fixed the "cut out" part of the image, also small scale adaptation when image is big.
