Able to compute a hash and the distance between two hashes.

Usage of ./tlsh-amd64-linux:
  -c filename
    	specifies a filename or `digest` whose TLSH value will be compared to a filename specified (-f)
  -f file
    	path to the file to be hashed
  -r	set to get only the hash
  -version
    	print version
