Code Review
This pull request proposes a documentation change in docs/partners.md, removing the section that guides potential partners on how to apply. This deletion might be intentional, but it leaves a gap in the documentation for organizations interested in joining the AP2 community. My feedback focuses on the impact of this removal on the document's clarity and completeness, suggesting alternative approaches that would provide more clarity to the reader, whether the partnership program is open or closed.

docs/partners.md (6-9)
Removing the instructions on how to become a partner may cause confusion for prospective partners. If the partnership program is still accepting applications, it would be better to update this section with the current procedure. If the program is not accepting new partners, explicitly stating this would be more transparent for interested organizations than silently removing the application link.
Set of changes for Jan docs.
