This makes it so that running builds "out of the box" (checkout +
npm i) with no existing setup works. Previously, there were some missing deps that had to be copied around and some of the wireit syntax looked a little funky.I'm still pretty new to this codebase, so there may be some Chesterton's Fences that I'm accidentally tearing down, but I spent some time reading through the repo though and am reasonably confident this is a better setup.
I'm sure we will eventually refactor this whole
web/dir to have a different setup, but for now just getting the build to a working place OOTB seems useful.Child PR: #134
