- Introduce dpsynth.constraints.InequalityConstraint(lower_attribute, upper_attribute, attribute_domains) to enforce lower_attribute <= upper_attribute across NumericalAttribute columns. - Mark strictly inverted discrete bin pairs as invalid in InequalityConstraint.to_mbi(). - Tighten overlapping bin intervals row-wise during TabularCodec.decode() so decoded values satisfy lower_attribute <= upper_attribute under both midpoint and sample undiscretization.
