This pom.xml imports com.google.cloud:libraries-bom (see lines 45-53), which is intended to manage the versions of Google Cloud dependencies. By specifying the version for google-cloud-bigqueryconnection explicitly, you are overriding the BOM. It's better to remove the <version> tag and let the BOM manage it. This simplifies maintenance and ensures all Google Cloud libraries use compatible versions as defined in the BOM.
