0.5.5 pins NULL as the smallest value in ORDER BY on PostgreSQL, so the expected failure in the SharedPostgreSQL query test now passes.

gramps-object-query-language 0.5.5 orders NULL as the smallest value on PostgreSQL too (dsblank/gramps-object-query-language#5). Since the base image was rebuilt with it,
test_query_order_by_pathpasses and fails CI as an unexpected success.This removes the
expectedFailuremarker and raises the minimum version to 0.5.5, which the test now relies on.
